Pre registration and payment by major credit cards will be available for OFA Eyes, OFA ECHO, CHIC Blood Draw. There is no fee for the CHIC Blood Draw Clinic.

Preregistration $60/dog, walk-in $70 / dog
This year’s eye clinic will be paperless. Once registered through the GRCA store you will receive instructions and a link to register your Golden Retriever directly through the OFA website.
OFA discount code will be available at the clinic for exam results submitted to OFA Database.
There is NO charge for eye exam result submission to OFA database for Goldens 8 yrs and older. These costs are covered by the Golden Retriever Foundation.
About the Doctor: Dr. Steven Roberts DVM, DACVO
Dr. Roberts has been involved exclusively in veterinary ophthalmology since 1981 and was board certified by the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists in 1984, after finishing a residency at Colorado State University. Following the residency, Dr. Roberts was an assistant professor of ophthalmology at North Carolina State University from 1984-1987 and then returned to Colorado State University. At CSU, he was an assistant professor from 1987-1992 and then was promoted to associate professor from 1992-1997. Following six years as an associate professor, Dr. Roberts established Animal Eye Center in January of 1998.
